This place was great! We decided to try them on a whim and glad we did. Our tacos were delicious and our kiddo enjoyed his burrito, rice and beans. Will definitely be back.

Updating review to share that they now have outdoor dining, and the patio is fabulous! So happy they added this, as outdoor dining is our fav when weather permitting. As always the food and service are great.

Delicious Mexican dinner! Chips and salsa were great. Chicken with queso topping was so good. Ground beef tacos, rice and beans were so good my husband almost licked his plate. The service was good. Friendly server. The atmosphere was pretty festive and lots of families. It's a louder dinner spot. At least it was on a Friday night.

Our service was great and everything came out hot and quickly! The chips and salsa are free and freshly made. We ordered the Adobo Pork Tacos but they accidentally gave us the Tacos with steak, bacon, and chorizo. We thought it was good but not really what we ordered and realized once we got the check. The enchiladas were good but not massively flavorful. A nice spot for some quality Mexican food!

Riviera Maya is the second closest Mexican restaurant to my new home and I like it a little bit better then the one that is closest. You know, when that urge for a taco kicks in, you gotta fulfill that craving fast. Besides tacos, the one thing I judge a Mexican restaurant on is their, Margaritas. Here at Riviera, I recommend taking the plunge and ordering the Top Shelf. Some restaurants, there is very little difference, but here I can definitely taste and feel the buzz difference. If you're a two Margarita type drinker, I'd say start with a Top and then step back to a regular. I myself, usually go jumbo and just have one. They offer complimentary chips and salsa, but the menu alerts you that refills are $1.75. Dining alone, I never need a refill, so I do not know if that is truly a fact. I do know, that when I munch on chips that I need something besides, just salsa. I've ordered both their, White Queso Dip and Bandito Dip. I favor the Bandito dip. I like the blend of Mexican Pork Sausage and cheese dip. Dining alone, I don't get trouble for dipping a chip in my Bandito then the salsa. When you eat alone, double dipping is permissible. Off their taco menu, I favor the Big Tacos. They're simple tacos topped with just lettuce and shredded cheese. You get three tacos and they allow you to mix the hard & soft. I'm kinda crazy, I like my hard (crunchy) tacos to be ground beef and my soft tacos have got to always be pulled chicken. This entree is perfect on a Taco Tuesday. However, my usual go to entree when dining in a Mexican restaurant is a Chicken Quesadilla. The one here does not disappoint me. It's the perfect size, especially after noshing on the chips and Bandito dip. The service is friendly and attentive. My visits have been during the COVID pandemic and they've been following the CDC guidelines. Tables are spaced further apart then regular and all staff wear mask.
